Winston was inspired by strolls through downtown Winston Salem, NC. Back in the 60's, 70's and 80's Winston Salem was responsible for supplying tobacco and hosiery to people around the world. Now, smoke stacks and ghost signage fill the downtown area. Winston, the typeface, blends the modern city aesthetic with the vintage influences of classic advertising. Great for brand identity and poster design!
